About Us
The SeaStar Consulting is a young consulting firm and was founded in 2006 by Luca Vicini. After less than 2 years of operation the company can already number many satisfied clients.
The firm was founded on the realisation that many companies fail to deliver to their full potential due to inherent weaknesses in their approach to market. We believe that problems need to be addressed more creatively - by looking at the full picture, and crafting a solution that ensures a lasting result, of commercial and strategic benefit. We have the skills and resources to provide a wide range of business consultancy services.

Luca Vicini
Senior Partner
Luca has more than 12 years of experience with blue chip international companies; before founding the company, he worked for Nokia Networks (now called Nokia Siemens Networks), Pirelli Broadband Solutions and Kone Corporation; he worked in many different countries including China, Finland, Italy, the UK, the US and Spain.
With extensive experience in bringing high tech products to market, both in the B2C and in the B2B space, he already helped many companies in designing their market strategy. In the past he worked with technologies and products related to mobile communications, multimedia over IP, FTTx and xDSL.
Luca holds an M.Sc. degree in electronics engineering from ULB and an MBA from Warwick Business School. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a member of the IEEE computer society and a member of the IEEE communication society.
